BAR BUT was born to be a neighborhood place and for the neighborhood.
We bet and select the raw material with which we work. Our kitchen revolves around the “low temperature”.
This is a culinary technique for cooking products non-aggressively. With this technique we manage to enhance the aromas and flavors of the products, as well as a softer texture.
To do this, the products are cooked in long periods of time (from 20min to 14h., depending on the product) and in temperatures ranging from 60o to 85o, depending on the result we want to achieve.
